Base Pay Range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

We are currently working on a search for our client, a leader in the commercial insurance market, for a Personal Lines Manager in the Greater Boston area. This position is instrumental in analyzing coverage needs, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of policy documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency in personal lines insurance, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to client satisfaction and retention.

• Review and analyze personal insurance accounts for appropriate coverage levels and policy limits; provide expert recommendations to clients.
• Develop, nurture, and maintain effective client relationships to ensure all service and coverage needs are consistently met.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth through cross-selling, up-selling, and referral generation.
• Prepare accurate documentation, including policy applications, invoices, and quotes, in alignment with client specifications and agency standards.
• Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of client data within the agency management system.

• Proven experience servicing personal lines accounts within an insurance agency environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of personal lines coverages, products, and carrier markets.
• Active Producer’s license required.
