Personal Lines Account Manager

What You’ll Do

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll be a key player in providing exceptional service and support to our clients. You’ll manage an existing book of business, assist with quoting new policies, and act as a trusted advisor—helping clients navigate their insurance needs with clarity and confidence.

• Manage and service a personal lines book of business (home, auto, umbrella, etc.).
• Present Annual Account Reviews, discuss recommendations to enhance our insured’s coverage and eliminate risks as well as address clients’ questions and concerns via phone, email, and in-person.
• Communicate with clients regularly to review coverage and address questions or concerns.
• Provide quotes and recommend appropriate coverages tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with carriers to resolve underwriting, billing, and policy issues.
• Keep thorough and accurate records within our agency management system (AMS
  360).
• Stay up to date on product offerings and insurance industry changes.

• 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Active Property & Casualty License (required).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with AMS a plus.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
