• Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
• Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage and options tailored to their needs
• Verify accuracy of information provided by potential clients regarding insurance and driving history
• Follow up on unsold internet leads to maximize sales opportunities
• Service existing customer policies, including making necessary changes and addressing underwriting requests

• Active Property & Casualty Producer’s License or Personal Lines License as a resident of the state of employment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to multi‑task efficiently and accurately

• Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service within the insurance industry
• Familiarity with market trends and regulations in the insurance sector
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Additional licenses or certifications related to insurance
