About the Role
Our client is looking to hire a Bilingual Office Coordinator for a 1-to-2 month contract position to provide administrative support for one of their busy departments. This role requires great customer service and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities. The position will be 5 days onsite in Boston, MA and requires candidates to be bilingual in English and Spanish communication.
Compensation$18 per hour* (rate listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range).
Responsibilities- Answering phones, filing and data entry.
- Assisting with the translation of English to Spanish brochures, flyers, marketing materials and any other documents requested.
- Handling basic clerical duties as needed.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual skills with the ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Must be reliable, driven, and a self-starter.
- Tactful, adaptable, coachable; able to take direction and follow instructions.
- 0-2 years of office experience.
