Job Responsibilities and Qualifications- Has experience in Support and as a Customer Success engineer or implementation engineer, handling day‑to‑day technical support
- Skilled in Testing Management and familiar with test automation tools like TOSCA, Functionize, etc.
- Works with cross‑functional teams such as Engineering, Product Management, and others.
- Experienced in hands‑on product support and pre/post‑sales assistance.
- Drives customer training engagements and supports sales activities
- Very strong communication
