Position
We are a regional law firm, looking to bring on a Construction Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. The role is hybrid, full‑time. We need someone with 2+ years of construction defect experience. We are looking to hire ASAP.
Base Pay Range$/yr – $/yr
Responsibilities- Meet with clients to review case strategy
- Prepare pleadings, motions and briefs, and conduct legal research for complex matters in Superior and appellate courts
- Argue motions in Superior Court and oral arguments in appellate courts
- Prepare for trial, including review and analysis of all factual and legal issues relating to compensability, valuation, and constitutional matters
- Select witnesses and exhibits
- Prepare written outlines for examination of witnesses
- 3+ years of construction experience
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills; strong teamwork and self‑starting capability
- Admitted to practice in the State of Massachusetts
