Patent Prosecution Associate or Patent Agent - Materials Science or Chemistry

REQUIREMENTS
Seeking a team-oriented, enthusiastic candidate with patent prosecution, application drafting, and diligence experience (not required), who is interested in expanding their skills by working with a dynamic team of partners, associates, and agents. Prior experience preparing/prosecuting patents in materials science or chemistry required, including law firm, USPTO, or industry experience. Candidates must be registered with the USPTO. Advanced degree (PhD) or equivalent industry experience is preferred.

Associate candidates must be licensed in Massachusetts or be willing to waive in or take the next available bar exam.
