REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in patent prosecution in a law firm or in-house setting, with a focus on biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
• Ph.D. in a relevant life sciences discipline
• A state bar admission in good standing (for attorney candidates)
• Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (or eligibility to sit for the Patent Bar in the near term)
• Experience with mechanical or electrical patent prosecution is a plus
• Strong technological background and familiarity with relevant scientific subject matter
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
