. This role will support a variety of business functions, including finance, clinical operations, quality, research, and development. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who can operate both strategically and tactically to meet the companys contracting needs. This position offers growth opportunities within a dynamic team as the organization scales.
Responsibilities
:
- Contracts Administration
:- Support general contracting and contracts administration across multiple departments to manage and streamline contracting needs.
- Contract Negotiation
:- Prepare, review, negotiate, and execute a wide range of agreements, including:
- Confidentiality agreements
- Clinical trial agreements
- Research agreements
- Material transfer agreements
- Supply agreements
- Statements of work
- Quality agreements
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and execute a wide range of agreements, including:
- Legal and Business Support
:- Provide legal guidance for research
, development
, quality
, and clinical operations functions.
- Provide legal guidance for research
- Outside Counsel Management
:- Oversee and manage external counsel engagements as necessary.
- Additional Legal Support
:- Offer legal assistance across various needs, adapting to the companys evolving requirements.
Requirements
:
- Education
:- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, with strong academic credentials
.

- Licensure
:- Active, in good standing with the bar in at least one U.S. state

- Experience
:- 5-10 years of legal experience, including substantial expertise in contract negotiation and providing business advice
. - Ideally, experience within a company that has advanced-stage clinical or commercial products
.
