The Role

Key Responsibilities- Draft and prosecute patent applications, including office action responses.
- Conduct patent landscape and freedom‑to‑operate searches.
- Collaborate with inventors to draft high‑quality patent applications.
- Advise clients on IP due diligence for investments, IPOs, and capital markets transactions.
- Manage patent portfolios and coordinate with international associates.
