REQUIREMENTS

• Strong academic credentials and demonstrated technical writing and communication skills.

• M.D., Ph.D., or equivalent advanced degree in Chemistry is preferred.

• Familiarity with U.S. and international patent law principles

• Prior law firm or in-house IP experience, particularly involving patent preparation and prosecution is preferred.

• Admission to practice before the USPTO is strongly preferred. If not already registered, candidates must be eligible to sit for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) registration examination

• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
