• Defend carriers and insureds in premises liability, construction defect, products liability, and professional malpractice actions from intake through verdict
• Draft and argue dispositive motions and Daubert challenges in Massachusetts Superior Court and the District of Massachusetts
• Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, experts, corporate witnesses, and treating physicians throughout New England
• Coordinate large‑scale discovery and expert retention in complex multi‑party litigation
• Second‑chair and eventually first‑chair jury trials in Boston, Worcester, and federal courts on high‑exposure liability matters
