A prestigious and well-established Boston law firm is seeking a talented and driven Commercial Real Estate Transactions Attorney to join its dynamic team. Responsibilities

As a key member of the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate Practice Groups, you will:

• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and joint venture agreements

• Advise clients on corporate matters related to property ownership, leasing structures, entity formation, and governance

• Handle complex leasing transactions for office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including developers, lenders, investors, and property managers

• Conduct due diligence and manage closings for acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions

• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and deal structuring

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts Bar

• 4–10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, with exposure to corporate matters related to property and leasing

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail and business acumen

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
