Job Description

We are seeking mid‑to‑senior level corporate associates with at least three (3+) years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice focused on startups, venture capital, and emerging company representation. Candidates should have affinity for technology and/or life sciences companies, superior academic credentials, and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills. In‑house counsel with previous law‑firm experience are welcome, provided they are barred in the jurisdiction of application or eligible to sit the next bar exam.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate law experience in startup, VC, or emerging company representation

• Affinity for technology and/or life sciences

• Strong academic record

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Boarding status in the relevant jurisdiction (or eligibility to sit the next bar exam)

Responsibilities

• Advising startup and life‑science clients on corporate transactions, financing, and strategic matters

• Drafting transaction documents and providing counsel on corporate matters

• Collaborating with senior attorneys and partners on complex deals

• Managing client relationships and supporting business development initiatives

Benefits & Compensation

Base salary range: $260,000 – $390,000, depending on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
