Position: IP Litigation Associate #20570

AmLaw 50 Firm with Cravath level compensation.
Outstanding formal training and lateral integration programs.
Firm is active with representing both complainants and respondents at the ITC.

REQUIREMENTS

High performer with experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation.

Undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, materials science or physics (this is a preference but, other degrees will be considered if coupled with strong work experience).

Excellent academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework.

Strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters.

Outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients with respect to ongoing matters.

Admission to the state bar in which you are practicing.
