REQUIREMENTS
Graduated with a JD from an ABA-accredited law schoolAdmitted to or eligible for admission in Washington, DC.Prior patent litigation experience in district courts and/or before the ITCPrevious experience with handling patent infringement and validity analysesPrevious experience with drafting and preparing motions and briefs concerning patent issuesPrevious experience with handling/managing discovery aspects of litigationSome previous experience/involvement with preparing for, defending, or taking depositions is preferableSome previous experience with working with expert and fact witnesses is preferableA degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or related field of study is preferred, but not requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to stay organized and exercise extreme attention to detailAbility to collaborate and work effectively in team settingsSUMMARY
