Patent Attorney - Biotechnology/Pharmaceuticals - Boston or Washington, DC

Our client is a top firm, seeking a Patent Prosecution Attorney for its Boston or Washington, D.C. offices. The salary for this position is between $235k to $435k.

• 3+ years of patent prosecution experience relating to bio/pharma.
• Experience managing and supervising patent prosecution, due diligence and FTO work, including handling large global client portfolios and leading client meetings.
• Experience supervising and training technical specialists and junior attorneys.
• Educational background in vaccines, mRNA technology, biochemistry, peptide chemistry, gene therapy, immunology, or antibodies is required. Advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• USPTO admission required as well as state bar admission in Massachusetts or the District of Columbia.
• Excellent client-facing and leadership skills.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
