Senior Litigation Attorney

Position Title: Am Law 200 / Insurance and Catastrophic Loss Group
Location: Boston

Seeking an experienced Senior Attorney (6+ years) to join an Insurance and Catastrophic Loss / Litigation practice group. The candidate will serve as a strategic advisor on high-exposure matters involving major property, casualty, and specialty lines on a national scale.

• Lead and manage a portfolio of diverse insurance coverage matters (both litigated and non-litigated).
• Develop and execute litigation strategies for high-stakes, multi-party disputes.
• Handle all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, motion practice, trial and overall case management.
• Advise insurers and corporate clients on exposure and resolution strategies.
• Active mentoring of junior attorneys

• Juris Doctor (J.D.).
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in insurance coverage and/or catastrophic loss litigation
• Strong understanding of complex coverage lines and multi-jurisdictional litigation.
• Experience handling high-exposure and technically complex cases.
