Job DescriptionYou will support the litigation practice by preparing and filing court documents, managing attorney files and calendars, maintaining client databases, handling billing and correspondence, communicating regularly with clients and outside parties, providing limited front‑desk support as needed, and assisting with a range of administrative tasks essential to the firm’s daily operations.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate has recent civil or commercial litigation experience, is skilled at supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously, and is proficient with document management systems like Net Documents, local litigation rules (including Rule 9A), and ECF court filings.
