Warshaw, DiCarlo & Poncia, a respected top conveyancing law firm specializing in high net‑worth real estate law, is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Associate Attorney, no real estate experience necessary, to join our Boston team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed attorney to gain hands‑on experience in all aspects of real estate law with comprehensive training and mentorship provided.

• Conducting residential and commercial real estate closings
• Meeting with clients to review and explain legal documents
• Negotiating and drafting Purchase & Sale agreements
• Assisting with commercial transactions and refinances
• Preparing deeds, Powers of Attorney, and other title‑related documents
• Managing post‑closing tasks and related legal duties

• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Interest in real estate law and willingness to learn
