Civil Litigation Attorneys - Full-time
Location:Boston, MA
Required Qualifications:
Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar
Two plus years of prior litigation experience as a licensed attorney
Experience in Construction, Hospital, and Medical Malpractice
Experience with Medical Malpractice/Long-Term Care Facilities, Premise and General Liability Defense
Experience in Products Liability, Professional Liability, and Trucking and Vehicular Liability Defense
Job Description
Litigate in Massachusetts Federal and State Courts
Conduct depositions
Manage trial exhibits
