Trust & Estates Attorney

A well-established law firm in Boston, Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Trust & Estates Attorney to join their team. The position is based in Boston, MA and offers a competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $180,000 per year.

$130,000 - $180,000 per year.

• Handle sophisticated estate planning and estate/trust administration matters
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
• Advise clients on tax planning, wealth transfer strategies, charitable planning, and business succession
• Oversee probate filings and administration, including asset distribution and fiduciary accountings
• Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals to develop comprehensive plans
• Manage client relationships with professionalism, responsiveness, and discretion
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and staff
• Participate in business development, networking, and firm growth initiatives

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar required
• 5+ years of trust and estates experience preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical, and client-facing skills
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients and complex estate matters
• LLM in Taxation or estate planning experience with tax considerations is a plus
