Corporate Associate

We are seeking a senior corporate associate attorney / counsel with 8+ years of experience to join our thriving business practice group. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with entrepreneurial clients on sophisticated matters and play a hands‑on role in their success.

• Provide guidance and solutions to clients across diverse industries on mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, and general corporate needs
• Negotiate and draft a wide range of corporate documents, including acquisition agreements, employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, shareholder agreements, and operating agreements
• Structure and implement equity compensation plans, bonus plans, and deferred compensation agreements

• Eight or more years of experience handling mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, contract drafting, negotiations, and other corporate work
• Strong communication skills with the ability to actively engage and clearly convey complex matters in both oral and written form
• Excellent work ethic, practice management, and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding academic credentials and a self‑starter mindset for working in a fast‑paced, collegial environment
• Juris Doctorate or LLM and admission to the Massachusetts Bar (Preferred)
• Large firm experience is a plus but not required
