Trusts & Estates Attorney – Hybrid from Boston

We are seeking an attorney to join our Trusts & Estates practice group in our Boston office, with the ability to work two days per week remotely. Candidates should have eight or more years of experience in trust and estate planning and administration, including knowledge of relevant state and federal tax laws. Experience with multigenerational wealth transfers, business succession planning, gift and income tax planning, charitable planning, and nuptial agreements is preferred.

We value collaboration and collegiality among our lawyers and are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal skills to join our team. An LL.M. in Taxation is preferred but not required. The salary range for this position is $133,000 - $200,000. Salary determinations are based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, length of past work experience, type of past work experience, the transferability of past work experience to the current position, full or part-time employment status, practice group and geographic location.
