A mid-sized, full-service law firm is seeking an associate to join its Real Estate Department. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of general commercial real estate experience in a law firm setting.
About the RoleThe associate will handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:
- Real estate acquisitions and dispositions
- Leasing
- Foreclosures and troubled debt restructurings
- Joint ventures
- Title, environmental, and land use matters
- Minimum of five years of general commercial real estate experience in a law firm
- Demonstrated experience across core commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financings, foreclosures and troubled debt restructurings, joint ventures, and title, environmental, and land use matters
