The Route Driver/Warehouse Specialist plays a key role in developing new customer relationships while maintaining service levels with the existing customer base. Responsibilities include customer deliveries, warehouse operations, and in-store activities for retail and food service customers. We seek individuals passionate about excellent customer service, capable of working independently and as part of a team. The role requires a flexible schedule with occasional weekend work.

• Itemized check-in of delivered goods with a customer representative
• Complete bi-weekly customer inventory and create orders based on established levels
• Manage credits, out-of-date memos, and customer credits
• Perform merchandising resets and suggest cross-merchandising opportunities
• Conduct 1-on-1 training with customer employees on customer service, product knowledge, and techniques
• Complete assigned Go-Spot-Check missions
• Deliver perishable goods to customers
• Monitor and coordinate truck maintenance
• Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and challenges
• Undertake additional activities or projects as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent, with basic math and reasoning skills
• Ability to speak and read English
• At least 1 year of experience as a Brand Associate or 3 years in customer service, sales, or warehouse roles
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Basic computer skills

• Stand for at least 4 hours
• Ability to bend, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
• Lift or carry objects up to 50 lbs; push/pull objects up to 600 lbs
• Work in refrigerated/freezer environments
