Lucille Health is seeking a highly capable Operations Manager in Boston to build and own our operational infrastructure across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and internal systems. The role requires occasional travel to co-manufacturers and 3PL partners, and reports directly to the Founder & CEO.
This is the first full-time operations hire, with responsibility to stand up tools, processes, and analytics to scale a purpose-driven senior nutrition brand.
