As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Planning, you will help clients optimize their supply chain operations, enabling better advantaged pricing, greater efficiency, and improved service levels. You will focus on identifying and implementing supply chain improvements, transforming operations from suppliers to the ultimate client.
Your primary responsibilities will include:- Drive Strategic Change:
Drive strategic change and competitive advantage by recognizing operational improvements across various value chain areas, refining or developing business strategies in targeted areas or across the whole supply chain. - Identify and Implement Improvements:
Identify and implement supply chain improvements, transforming operations from suppliers to the ultimate client, and enabling better advantaged pricing, greater efficiency, and improved service levels. - Develop Next-Generation Operations:
Work on next-generation supply chain operations, focusing on optimizing supply chain operations and improving service levels. - Transform Business Strategies:
Refine or develop business strategies in targeted areas or across the whole supply chain, enabling clients to achieve their goals. - Optimize Supply Chain Operations:
Optimize supply chain operations, enabling better advantaged pricing, greater efficiency, and improved service levels.
