Collections Manager
📍 New York or Boston | Hybrid (3 days in office)
A top-tier international law firm is hiring a Collections Manager to lead and build out its collections function. This is a newly created role following the retirement of a senior leader and the strategic separation of billing and collections into two distinct teams.

- 7+ years of experience in credit and collections, ideally within a law firm
- 2+ years in a supervisory role (mentoring and training junior team members)
- Strong understanding of legal billing, collections processes, and financial reporting
- Experience with Aderant, Elite, or similar legal billing platforms
- Personable, collaborative, and hands‑on—someone who enjoys both strategy and execution
- Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience)
- Hybrid
Schedule:
3 days/week in the New York or Boston office
