We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.

At Creation Technologies, we’re driven by purpose — to make a positive impact on our people, our customers, and our planet. We’re looking for an inspiring, hands‑on Director of Global EHS&S to lead our worldwide Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security strategy across our operations in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and China.

In this high‑impact role, you’ll shape and execute a global vision for safety, sustainability, and security — setting policies, driving compliance, and embedding a “Zero Harm” culture throughout every level of our organization. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership, site operations teams, and corporate functions to elevate EHS&S performance, mitigate risk, and create safer, more sustainable workplaces everywhere we operate.

Key responsibilities
  • Strategy and Leadership:Develop and drive a global EHS&S strategy aligned with business objectives, fostering a strong, consistent EHS&S culture across all manufacturing operations.
  • Program Management:Design, implement, and maintain global EHS&S management systems, including standards like ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, to ensure standardized and effective programs.
  • Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all global manufacturing locations comply with applicable federal, state, and local EHS&S regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, and international equivalents). Serve as the primary subject matter expert on EHS&S regulations for the company.
  • Risk Management:Conduct and oversee regular risk assessments and safety audits at Creation sites to identify and control workplace hazards. Advise management on – and help drive to resolutions – corrective and preventative actions.
  • Incident Management:Lead and participate in significant incident investigations, conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Track, report, and analyze leading and lagging EHS&S indicators and metrics to drive strategic improvements.
  • Training and Development:Create and execute a comprehensive EHS&S training program for all employees and contractors, from new hires to senior management, to enhance safety awareness and competence.
  • Policies: Draft and update EHS&S policies and procedures.
  • Stakeholder

    Collaboration:

Partner with cross‑functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, HR, and Legal, to integrate EHS&S considerations into all business processes.
  • Performance Monitoring:Oversee the collection and analysis of EHS&S performance metrics (KPIs), reporting results to leadership and using data to prioritize initiatives and track progress.
  • Continuous Improvement:Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging tools like Six Sigma or Lean methodologies to enhance EHS&S processes.
  • Emergency Response:Develop and manage emergency preparedness and disaster recovery plans and procedures for all sites.
  • ESG:Participate in ongoing development and maintenance of, and reporting on, the Company’s ESG efforts.
  • Collaboration:Initiate, drive, spearhead the sharing of EHS&S best practices and lessons learned across the enterprise.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Health, and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related technical field;
    Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive EHS&S experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing multiple sites.
  • In‑depth, hands‑on knowledge of federal and international EHS&S regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards.
  • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing EHS&S programs and management systems (e.g., ISO 45001).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cultural change and influence stakeholders at all levels of a global organization.
  • Experience leading incident investigations and performing root cause analysis.
