Base pay range: $95,000.00/hr - $/hr – actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

• Develop & define the scope of work for field management and subcontractors
• Estimate project costs and selling price
• Develop and manage the project budget
• Develop and manage the schedule
• Coordinate all purchasing
• Manage permits and regulatory requirements
• Manage jobsite communication and safety
• Cultivate and maintain customer relationships
• Ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
• Deliver the project on time and on budget

• Eight to ten years of demonstrated project management experience in high‑end residential construction
• Thorough knowledge of the building trades including millwork and renovation
• Ability to develop relationships with customers, designers and subcontractors and leadership skills to meet exacting standards of quality and customer satisfaction while bringing projects in on time and at budget.
