Service Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Remote Service Operations Manager to oversee and optimize service delivery operations. This position is open to candidates currently residing in the United States only. The ideal candidate will lead operational processes, ensure service excellence, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction in a remote environment.

• Manage and optimize daily service operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes, workflows, and performance metrics
• Lead, coach, and support remote service teams to achieve operational and customer service goals
• Analyze service data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and operational requirements
  
  Handle escalations and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner

• Proven experience in service operations, operations management, or a similar leadership role
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience managing remote teams and service workflows
• Proficiency with operational tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
