Assurance Manager

Assurance Manager - $110K + bonus

We’re hiring an Assurance Manager to lead audit and assurance engagements across industries including technology, media, manufacturing, distribution, and nonprofits. This is a high-impact role for a CPA professional who wants to drive quality, mentor teams, and build direct relationships with client leadership.

• Up to $110,000 salary plus up to 20% annual bonus
• Full-time, permanent role with medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO

• Lead assurance engagements from planning to final reporting
• Oversee fieldwork and supervise audit staff and senior associates
• Evaluate internal controls, risk procedures, and key compliance areas
• Review complex audit areas: revenue, inventory, consolidations, etc.
• Manage client communications, deliverables, and engagement budgets

• 5+ years in public accounting, including 2+ years in an audit leadership role
• Background in Big 4 or national public accounting firms
• CPA license (active or in progress)
• Experience managing multiple engagements and teams

• Strong command of US GAAP and audit methodology
• Team leadership and coaching experience
• Skilled in client relationship management and audit reporting

• Experience with PCAOB audits and audit technology tools
• Public and private industry client exposure
