Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing multi‑category biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a management consulting or project management leader to join their team as a US Strategy & Project Management Director. Based in Miami or Boston, this permanent role offers the opportunity to lead key strategic and project management efforts within a forward‑thinking organization at the forefront of innovation and commercial growth.
Your Role
As the US Strategy & Project Management Director, you will drive high‑impact projects focused on commercial strategy, geographic expansion, AI advancements, and various ad‑hoc initiatives. With a commitment to excellence, you will collaborate with our client's talented team to transform ideas into actionable results that push boundaries in the pharmaceuticals sector.
Key Skills and Expertise
• Extensive Project Management
Experience:
Proven success in leading teams and delivering high‑value projects, particularly in the biopharma or consumer health sectors.
• Commercial Strategy Expertise:
Ability to drive creative strategies that enhance market presence and optimize business potential.
• Stakeholder Management:
Hands‑on experience with complex commercial, geographic expansion, product launch or transformation topics. Providing value add and strategic alignment to internal stakeholders, build high performance relationships.
• Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the pharmaceuticals or consumer health industry, with a focus on innovation and growth within the US market.
Experience
Required:
• 5+ years experience within management consulting focused on biopharmaceutical projects
OR
• 5+ years experience within management consulting focused on consumer health projects
OR
• 8+ years of project management experience within biopharmaceutical companies, consumer health organizations
• Bachelors degree as a minimum requirement, PMP or MBA preferred
