Operations Project Manager – Private Equity-Backed Growth Company

Central/Eastern Massachusetts (Hybrid, 1–2 days/week in office)

Chief Transformation Officer

As their recruiting partner, we are seeking an Operations Project Manager eager to take on a highly visible role that will directly shape the company’s trajectory. • Lead and execute operational project plans across the platform
• Partner with functional leaders to drive integration, IT, and safety initiatives
• Ensure successful project execution by coordinating cross‑functional teams
• Introduce best practices and lessons learned to fuel continuous improvement

• 3–5 years of operations experience, including 2–3 years in project management
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects
• Strong organizational and relationship‑building skills; high emotional intelligence
• Hands‑on, team‑oriented approach – comfortable rolling up your sleeves
• Background in IT or acquisition integration a plus
