The Opportunity

Step into a CEO succession role at a growing industrial manufacturing and distribution company. Work directly with the current CEO to learn the business before taking the reins. With private equity backing and a global manufacturing network delivering custom-engineered products, you'll lead the next phase of significant growth.

• Shape and execute the company's strategic vision for sustainable growth
• Drive revenue through business development and client relationships
• Accelerate key growth initiatives and expand into new markets
• Develop existing and new products to build market share and profitability
• Source, evaluate, and integrate strategic acquisitions

• Optimize supply chain and replenishment strategies to improve delivery and working capital
• Partner with business unit leaders on quality, process controls, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct regular business reviews against annual targets
• Build intellectual property pipeline and evaluate long-range opportunities

• Approve annual budgets and provide strategic financial leadership
• Own organizational decision-making and resource allocation
• Present quarterly updates to Board of Directors

• Provide day-to-day leadership to management team and employees
• Foster continuous improvement through development and training
• Build a high-performance, results-driven culture

• Proven success as CEO with full P&L responsibility in a PE-backed organization
• Sales experience with industrial products through retail and distribution
• Track record leading a middle-market business competing against larger players
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on leadership approach
• Strong business acumen and results-oriented execution
• Experience working for a manufacturer
• Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred
• Board presentation and reporting experience
