HVAC Project Manager. Boston

Our client is a mechanical contractor with a focus on HVAC and piping systems in complex commercial and industrial spaces. This is a company that’s built its reputation on deep technical knowledge, strong execution, and a culture that values integrity and doing the work right.

They’re looking for a PM who’s ready to own large-scale projects, lead teams, and represent the brand with confidence in the field and in the boardroom.

This isn’t a hands-off role. You’ll be involved from start to finish, guiding design review, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating subs and vendors, and working directly with field leadership. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring emerging talent and building strong relationships with clients that lead to repeat business.

• Strong background in HVAC and piping systems for commercial or industrial builds
• Solid project management skills from precon through closeout
• Ability to lead and coordinate across field, office, vendors, and clients
• Familiarity with construction codes and best practices across Massachusetts
• Tech-forward mindset—comfortable using project management and coordination software
• Someone who’s calm under pressure, sharp in the field, and represents well with clients
