Revolution Auto is building the #1 tire and service business in the Northeast, and we are looking for exceptional leaders to help us build it.

The District Manager is responsible for the performance, leadership, and execution of multiple Revolution Auto locations within an assigned market. This leader will develop Store Managers, drive consistent operating standards, improve financial and customer results, and ensure each location has the leadership, staffing, resources, and accountability required to succeed.

This is a highly visible field leadership role. The District Manager will spend significant time in our stores, working alongside Store Managers and their teams to identify opportunities, remove barriers, coach performance, and drive results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own the operational and financial performance of assigned locations.
  • Lead, coach, develop, and hold Store Managers accountable for performance, teammate leadership, customer experience, safety, and company standards.
  • Review and manage key performance indicators including revenue, gross profit, labor, productivity, payroll, customer metrics, staffing, expenses, and other business drivers.
  • Identify underperforming locations and trends, determine root causes, develop action plans, and ensure execution.
  • Conduct regular store visits focused on leadership, customer experience, workflow, facility standards, safety, teammate engagement, and operational execution.
  • Ensure consistent execution of Revolution Auto's operating model, Store Manager Playbook, processes, and SOPs.
  • Develop Store Managers through coaching, one-on-ones, performance reviews, training, and succession planning.
  • Partner with HR on recruiting, staffing, retention, employee relations, and leadership development.
  • Ensure stores have the appropriate staffing, technician skill mix, and leadership coverage to meet business needs.
  • Support customer escalations, significant comebacks, safety concerns, and other issues requiring field leadership.
  • Support acquisitions, new-store integrations, and operational transitions as Revolution Auto grows.
  • Communicate field conditions, risks, opportunities, resource needs, and performance trends to senior leadership.
  • Build a culture centered on customer care, integrity, urgency, ownership, productivity, open communication, teammate development, and safety.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive automotive service, tire, retail, or field-operations experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of multi-unit, district, market, or comparable leadership experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading Store Managers and improving performance across multiple locations.
  • Strong understanding of financial performance, including revenue, gross profit, labor, payroll, productivity, expenses, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable.
  • Experience with recruiting, staffing, performance management, retention, and succession planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn KPIs and operating observations into action.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-location environment with changing priorities.
  • Acquisition, store integration, new-store opening, or rapid-growth experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Leadership, or a related field preferred but not required
. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with business reporting and operating systems; experience with shop point of sale systems, Excel, dashboards, or similar tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned market.
