Lead the dining program at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, MA! As Resident District Manager, you'll oversee 2 cafes, 2 coffee bars, patient pantries, and catering while shaping an exceptional food service experience.

Be the strategic leader on site, partnering with clients, managing budgets, leading quarterly business reviews, and guiding a team of 7 managers and 40+ hourly employees. Drive growth, innovation, and special projects behind the scenes.

Take the lead in overseeing multiple accounts within a dynamic region, where you’ll champion operational excellence, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure a high standard of client and guest satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and empower on-site teams, build lasting client relationships, and shape the success of business operations across a diverse portfolio.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions.
