Director of Payroll

Compensation: $170,000–$190,000 + Bonus
Location: Boston, MA | Relocation

We’re looking for an experienced payroll leader ready to relocate to Boston and take ownership of a complex, high-volume payroll function.

This highly visible role offers the opportunity to lead payroll transformation for a large, nationally recognized organization experiencing significant growth.

• Drive UKG optimization, automation, process improvements, and internal controls
• Oversee payroll taxes, audits, year-end processing, and regulatory compliance

• 10+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience within a large, complex organization
• Experience overseeing payroll for 10,000+ employees across multiple states
• Significant union payroll experience involving multiple collective bargaining agreements
• Hands-on UKG experience required;
  Kronos or Dimensions experience strongly preferred
