Aboutthe Role

Reportingtothe Chief Operating Officer ,theHSSEManagerisresponsibleforleadingthedevelopmentandcontinuousimprovementoftheHSS&Emanagementprogram.

Therolewillprovidesubjectmatterexpertiseandhands-onsupportacrossdevelopment,constructionandoperatingassets,ensuringcompliancewithfederal,state,localregulationsandthe

Brookfield

RenewableHSSEprogram.

Therolewillinvolveregulartravellingtodevelopment,construction&operationalsitesacrossthe

States,monthly.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance&Governance

• Develop,implementandmaintainaportfoliowideHSSEmanagementsystem,including policies,procedures&trainingprogramsincompliancewithfederal,state,local legislation,regulations,industrybestpracticeandBrookfieldstandards
• Ensureongoingcompliancewith
  
  BrookfieldHSS&Estandardsacrossallassetlifecyclestages.
• MaintainaccurateHSSEdocumentation,records,andreportingsystems
• Leademergencypreparedness,responseandcrisismanagement.incl.businesscontinuityprograms

Leadership,Training&Culture

• DevelopanddeliverHSSEtrainingprogramsforemployees&contractorsinlinewithregulatory&Brookfield requirements.
• ProvideHSSEleadership,coachingandtrainingtomanagers,supervisors,siteteamsandcontractors.
• ActastheHSSEsubjectmatterexpertacrosstheportfolio,ensuringconsistentimplementationoftheHSS&Emanagementprogram
• Champion&promoteastrongHSSEcultureofaccountabilityacrossalllevelsoftheorganization
