Position Overview :
The Senior Director of Global Manufacturing will lead the strategic and operational direction of worldwide manufacturing activities for electronic devices. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality production, cost efficiency, and scalability across multiple global sites while driving continuous improvement and innovation in manufacturing processes.

• Develop and execute global manufacturing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end production operations across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Optimize supply chain and manufacturing footprint to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and automation to enhance productivity.
• Lead cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and ramp‑up activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Manage global manufacturing budgets and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership within the electronic device industry.
• Proven track record of managing global operations and large‑scale production environments.
• Expertise in Lean manufacturing, quality systems, and advanced production technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
