We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our production process, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with producers, directors, and other team members to assist in preparing for shoots, coordinating schedules, and managing equipment.

• Assist in daily production tasks and workflow coordination
• Support the production team in setting up equipment before shoots
• Organize and manage production schedules and call sheets
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication
• Assist with location scouting and logistics planning
• Help manage and track inventory of production supplies and equipment

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Communications, or related field
• At least one year of experience in a production environment or internship
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other production software
