Salary Range: $37,500 - $43,500 per year

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in the production industry. As a Production Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of our production process, from pre‑production through post‑production.

• Assist in setting up and breaking down production equipment and materials.
• Support the production team with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling and communication.
• Help with the organization and maintenance of production gear and supplies.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless production processes.
• Participate in production meetings and take notes for distribution to the team.
• Assist in managing on‑set logistics, including catering and accommodations for crew.

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interest in film and television production methodologies and processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using computers, office software (such as MS Office), and video editing software is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
• Must be detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
