Starting Pay / Salary Range:
Starting rate of $31.98/hr or ~$66,500/yr ( + shift differential). Top-level technicians have the potential to earn up to $60.43/hr or ~$125,600/yr (+ shift differential) as you grow in the organization.

About the role:

As a Plant Technician you will do various types of work, including running high-speed converting and packing equipment, controlling the process from a computer terminal, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment. If you like a fast-paced, physical position that gets you up and moving, then come help touch and improve the lives of the world s consumers. Work a set, full-time schedule.

This role will initially be located in South Boston and will transition to our Andover Manufacturing Center located ~25 miles north of Boston within the next five years. We expect all employees hired to make the transition to Andover as roles migrate to the new site.

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
• Work a fixed 12-hour shift schedule, which may include assignment to an overnight shift as determined by business needs at the time of hire
