RequirementsBS in Biochemistry, Engineering, Biology or related field with 7+ years industry experience (MS with 6+ years acceptable); hands-on experience in media/buffer prep, GMP operations, and team leadership in lab or manufacturing settings.
PreferredExperience with cell or gene therapy manufacturing, automation, digital manufacturing systems, and Industry 4.0 tools.
High-ValueCell/gene therapy, GMP manufacturing, bioprocess support, scale-up, automation, industry experience, leadership.
Work SetupOn-site five days/week, Boston MA, with ad hoc flexibility.
