- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a test, electronics, electro-mechanical, or manufacturing technician.
- Experience testing or repairing PCBAs, cable harnesses, or robotic and electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Working knowledge of basic hand tools and digital multimeters for troubleshooting electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Experience with ESD-safe handling of electronic assemblies.
