Account Based Marketing (ABM) & Events Specialist

We are looking for a scrappy, high-initiative marketer to help us bridge the digital and physical worlds. As our ABM & Events Specialist
, you won’t just be running ads; you will be orchestrating high-touch experiences that delight our customers and capture the attention of our top prospects.

You will act as the connector between our brand and the real estate community, managing our presence at major industry conferences, executing "white-glove" gifting campaigns, and ensuring our highest-value prospects feel the Growth Factor difference.

What You’ll Do
  • Conference Command: Lead the strategy and logistics for our presence at major industry events (e.g.,
    ICSC, Retail Live
    ). This includes booth logistics, collateral, pre-event outreach, and maximizing team schedules on the ground.
  • High-Touch ABM: Work with our sales team to identify high-propensity opportunities. You will design and execute direct mail campaigns, sending physical gifts and handwritten notes to celebrate prospect wins (e.g., a new store opening) or key milestones.
  • Community Engagement: Plan and organize intimate community events for our existing customers, ensuring they feel valued and connected to our ecosystem.
  • Positioning & Voice: Assist in refining our marketing voice for the physical world. You will help craft the messaging for our swag, one-pagers, and event signage to ensure it resonates with real estate professionals.
  • Pipeline Tracking: Monitor target accounts and trigger marketing actions based on buying signals, ensuring no high-value lead falls through the cracks.
Who You Are
  • Experience: You have 1–4 years of experience in Account-Based Marketing, Field Marketing, or Event Planning.
  • The Startup Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity and have high initiative. You don’t wait for a playbook; you help write it.
  • Detail-Obsessed: Whether it’s booking a venue or shipping 50 personalized packages, you rarely miss a detail.
  • A "Physical World" Marketer: You understand that in Real Estate, business happens in person, over dinner, and through genuine relationships—not just via email.
  • Location: Ideally based in Boston, MA for collaboration with leadership, though we are open to exceptional remote candidates.
