About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across teams, and is passionate about building brand awareness, generating leads, and engaging audiences.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution
  • Assist in planning and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, events, digital).
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and creative assets to ensure on-time launches.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
Content & Social Media
  • Support content creation for blogs, newsletters, social media, and website updates.
  • Manage social media calendars, post scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Work with designers and agencies to produce branded collateral.
Event & Partnership Support
  • Help organize webinars, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate logistics, invitations, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Support marketing partnerships and sponsorship initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track marketing KPIs (leads, traffic, conversions, engagement).
  • Maintain dashboards and assist in analyzing ROI of campaigns.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve strategies.
Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years in marketing, communications, or related field (internships or entry-level roles included).

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Hub Spot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
