As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who shares our passion for innovation and customer delight. In this high-visibility leadership role, you'll have the opportunity to build the demand generation function from the ground up, driving long-term growth by creating integrated programs that drive net-new logo acquisition and customer expansion efforts.

What You’ll Do:

Build an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy:

  • Define and implement an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth in partnership with Sales and Executive Leadership.
  • Align marketing initiatives with Target Account Lists, recommend the appropriate ABM tooling given our size and stage, measure impact of programs on pipeline progression, deal velocity and account penetration.
  • Understand the current Sales process and stages and determine where Marketing can help unlock additional value by supporting Sales as opportunities are identified and progress.
  • Develop marketing programs to increase the new logo pipeline and customer expansion revenue, aligning with growth objectives (50% YoY growth, 3x Pipeline Coverage).
  • Partner with Brand & Comms team to ensure content and thought leadership strategy adequately supports demand generation and pipeline creation needs.
  • Work alongside Sales and Go-to-Market Operations to define and build a repeatable, scalable outbound motion to support net-new logo acquisition.
  • Ensure that Marketing and Sales are connected on the prospecting strategy and partner with Go-to-Marketing Operations on the build-out of prospecting and nurture playbooks.
  • Scale Marketing Operations:

  • Establish the Marketing Operations function, including technology, budget management, and processes, in collaboration with Hi Marley’s Go-to-Market Operations lead.
  • Deliver Generated and Influenced pipeline insights to foster growth conversations and improve deal progression and velocity.
  • Determine the right time to move from outsourced to in-house Marketing Ops resourcing based on growth and needs.
  • Evolve Hi Marley’s Field Marketing Strategy:

  • Partner with Brand & Comms to enhance field marketing strategies, including trade shows, webinars, events, and partner initiatives.
  • Plan and execute demand generation and networking events to capture leads, nurture relationships, and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies for industry conferences and trade shows, ensuring targeted lead capture, pre-event outreach, and effective post-event follow-up to drive conversions and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • A rising marketing leader with 10+ years of Demand Generation and Account Based Marketing experience who has developed a broad demand generation portfolio, growing companies at a similar stage to their potential and beyond.
  • An inspiring “player-coach” who enjoys rolling up their sleeves with the team to support execution where needed but is adept at connecting strategy and execution.
  • An experienced operator familiar with implementing and managing Hub Spot Marketing, and Salesforce CRM; has led the evaluation and solution selections process for Account-Based Marketing tooling.
  • A leader with demonstrable experience building ABM strategies from the ground up to scale new and existing opportunities.
  • A “driver” who innovates on existing strategies and channels while knowing where to double down on what’s working well.
